The composite casting process is a casting process between water glass and silica sol; it refers to the dipping process of shell. The first two layers use silica sol and the latter several layers use water glass.

The advantages of the composite process: solve the quality problem of the water glass process, improve the appearance and internal quality of the product, and solve the problem of the silica sol process problems, such as high cost and long production cycle.
